The increased breakout force (up to 15% on the bucket and up to 39% on the boom compared to competitors in the same class) ensures increased productivity in a wide variety of tasks. The electronic system that controls the hydraulics supports several modes that are manually selected by the operator depending on the specifics of the work. The hydraulic system automatically goes to idle when idle.
Ease of maintenance. JCB engineers designed the JS240 Series tracked excavators to create a logical and easy-to-access layout. Special equipment has extended service intervals - the boom and stick need lubrication every thousand hours, and the oil life reaches five thousand hours. The engine and oil radiators, as well as the intercooler are in the same plane, which simplifies service work.
